This position is also responsible for leading, developing, and executing validation protocols for equipment and processes. The role requires a strong understanding of validation practices, risk analysis, and quality compliance to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will support the closure of validation findings and manage change control processes. Additionally, this position will occasionally be responsible for evaluating, planning, developing, and implementing small\-scale capital investment projects within manufacturing areas to meet process requirements **Job Functions*** Prepare regional cash spending report: weekly for local team, monthly for CMSE managers (multi category) * Update BPC cash spending tool by category * Weekly follow\-up meeting for project execution schedule and definition * Monthly follow up meeting quality validation documentation * Leadership, development and execution of project validation protocols (equipment or processes). * Development of the master plan for validation and risk analysis of the plants. * Support closure of retrospective validation findings * Support closure of validation findings (EHS, Quality, FP\&R and FAP) * Change Management Support ( lead the Closing process) * Plan, develop and implement all the CEB projects for the plant/area (Include follow up meetings) * Prepare and validate specifications for new equipment * Prepare for new equipment the Design Assessment requirements (DQ), Installation Assessment (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) according to the Corporate Quality Standard, FP\&R and EHS. * Prepare and participate in MYR and COS meetings regarding capital investment. * Follow up, control and report timetable of the assigned projects * Follow up, control and report Cashflow of the assigned projects * Elaborate MOC ́s.
