Build and maintain strong executive relationships We are seeking a senior **SecOps Engineering Manager** to advise and lead strategic LATAM clients through SIEM and SOAR adoption within our SaaS Consumption team. You will drive onboarding, solve complex security operations challenges, and build executive trust—apply to help clients reduce risk and strengthen their security posture. *We accept* *CVs in English only.* **Responsibilities** * Manage tier 1 global accounts through onboarding and post\-onboarding phases of SIEM and SOAR product adoption * Implement onboarding and post\-onboarding strategies for SecOps projects to ensure successful adoption outcomes * Educate and advise clients on using security solutions to improve posture and reduce risk * Deliver client training and enablement sessions aligned to security operations use cases * Create solutions for complex client challenges across SIEM and SOAR workloads * Manage client escalations during implementation and post\-implementation phases * Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives, partners, and internal stakeholders * Complete ongoing SME training focused on Chronicle SIEM and SOAR, Security Operations, and GCP architecture * Travel to client engagements as needed (\~10%) **Requirements** * 6\+ years of experience in cybersecurity practitioner, cybersecurity consulting, or technical CSM roles supporting SIEM and SOAR * Strong leadership skills to guide strategic clients and drive adoption outcomes * Proven project delivery record that meets or exceeds client deliverables and expectations * Strong SIEM and SOAR deployment expertise across implementation and ongoing oversight * Proficient Python skills for security operations automation and analysis * Proficient Yara\-L skills for detections and threat hunting workflows * Proficient SQL skills for querying and investigation support * Deep security operations knowledge and awareness of the broader cybersecurity vendor landscape * Strong communication skills for training, enablement, and executive stakeholder engagement * Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders * Self\-starter mindset in a high\-performing consulting team * English proficiency: B2 Upper\-Intermediate * Portuguese language proficiency for client engagements in Brazil * Spanish language proficiency for LATAM client engagements **Nice to have** * GCP architecture knowledge * Chronicle SIEM and SOAR expertise **We offer** * Learning Culture \- We want you to be the best version of yourself, that is why we offer unlimited access to learning platforms, a wide range of internal courses, and all the knowledge you need to grow professionally * Health Coverage \- Health and wellness are important, that is why we have you and up to four family members in a premiere health plan.
