Act as a communication bridge between teams and stakeholders Hybrid Colombia Medellín We are looking for a Project Coordinator to help engineering teams deliver software projects with greater predictability, transparency, and operational excellence. In this role, you will coordinate delivery activities across multiple engineering initiatives, working closely with engineers, project leadership, and stakeholders to keep projects on track, improve collaboration, and ensure clear communication throughout the delivery process. **Required for this role** * **2\+ years of experience** as a **Project Coordinator**, **Delivery Coordinator**, **Project Manager**, or **Scrum Master** supporting software development or engineering teams. * Experience coordinating multiple engineering projects simultaneously in distributed and international environments. * Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with excellent attention to detail and follow\-up discipline. * Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and coordinate work without direct authority. * Strong problem\-solving skills with the ability to identify delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies early. * Good verbal and written communication skills in English. * Experience working with **Jira** and **Confluence**. * Familiarity with **Agile** and **Scrum** delivery practices. * Experience preparing project status reports, delivery metrics, and project documentation. **Your responsibilities** * Coordinate delivery activities across multiple engineering projects and track progress against plans, milestones, and timelines. * Monitor project health, identify delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies, and proactively drive them to resolution. * Ensure project action items are tracked and completed in a timely manner. * Act as the communication bridge between engineering teams, delivery leadership, and project stakeholders by providing clear delivery updates and risk escalations. * Facilitate collaboration across globally distributed engineering teams to improve alignment and execution. * Support the implementation of delivery best practices and recommend improvements based on recurring delivery challenges. * Standardize project reporting, communication, and coordination practices to increase delivery transparency. * Contribute to knowledge\-sharing initiatives and support onboarding by improving documentation and coordination processes. **What you get** **Your time off** * Up to 15 paid vacation days annually * Additional unpaid days off * 19 Colombian public holidays **Learning \& growth** * Sombra University workshops and internal learning programs * Tech Communities and knowledge sharing sessions * Language courses and workshops * Mentorship opportunities * Access to the Platzi online learning platform **And even more** * Company\-provided work equipment * Internal referral program * Bonuses for getting married or the birth of a child * Sombra events and internal initiatives **Before you apply** Our recruitment team will carefully review your profile, and if we see a good match with the role, we’ll reach out to you shortly.
