Work with a high-performance, results-oriented international team About the Opportunity We are a high\-growth Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner specialized in providing premium, scalable operations for the Real Estate and Solar industries. While our operational hubs are located internationally, we are seeking a USA\-based Client Success Manager to serve as the face of our organization for our North American clientele. This is a strategic, high\-impact role for a professional who understands the US market landscape and can ensure our clients receive world\-class service delivery. Key Responsibilities * US Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for US\-based business owners and executives, ensuring their strategic goals are met by our offshore teams. * Operational Liaison: Bridge the gap between US client expectations and international operational delivery, ensuring clear communication and cultural alignment. * Performance \& ROI Tracking: Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value, analyze KPIs, and identify growth opportunities. * Onboarding \& Scaling: Facilitate the smooth transition of new US accounts into our operational ecosystem, ensuring all SOPs align with US market standards. * Account Growth: Proactively identify areas where clients can expand their use of our services to drive further efficiency and revenue. Requirements * Experience: 5\+ years in Account Management or Client Success within the BPO, Real Estate, or Solar sectors. * Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of US business culture and the specific operational needs of US real estate or solar firms. * Technical Proficiency: Mastery of CRM and Project Management tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, or Asana. * Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to manage high\-stakes executive relationships. * Self\-Starter: Proven ability to work effectively in a 100% remote environment while maintaining close coordination with international time zones.
