You definitely don’t want to miss out! **PROJECT MANAGER** **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex projects, ensuring achievement of defined objectives. * Structure initiatives and define clear work plans aligned with business strategy. * Manage the triple constraint (scope, time, and cost) and ensure delivery quality. * Maintain constant and effective communication with stakeholders, managing their expectations and reporting progress. * Identify, analyze, and control risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing effective mitigation plans. * Track and report KPIs to ensure project progress and success. * Lead and motivate work teams, promoting collaboration and professional development. * Promote continuous improvement in project management and adoption of best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Technical Skills** * Proficiency in traditional (Waterfall) and agile (Scrum, Kanban) project management methodologies. * Experience managing the triple constraint: scope, time, and cost. * Advanced proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.). * Ability to structure initiatives, define work plans, and set objectives aligned with business goals. * Risk management and control, as well as development of mitigation plans. * Tracking and reporting of project KPIs. * Experience managing digital transformation, technology, or consulting projects (preferred). **Required Soft Skills** * Leadership and motivation of multidisciplinary teams. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Negotiation ability and stakeholder expectation management. * Results orientation and ability to solve complex problems. * Organization, planning, and efficient time management. * Strategic thinking and business acumen. * Adaptability and resilience in the face of change. **Additional Information
