Responsible for the outcome of the project in terms of the achievement of objectives through the governance of costs, time, quality, customer satisfaction, risks and resource management. Defines the project plan and monitors its progress, detecting and managing any deviations of time and costs from baselines. Coordinates the project team and monitors its performance in line with the project objectives. Manages project risks and identifies mitigating actions. Manages stakeholders and communication with them. Agrees with the client, and in close synergy with the commercial side, any variants resulting from revisions to the overall project objectives or from re\-planning made necessary by technical and/or organisational problems. What do we offer you? At Engineering Group, within the Neta division, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager specializing in Billing \& Metering for the Advisory – Water \& Waste team. What will be your activities and responsibilities?* Coordinate and supervise Billing \& Metering projects and clients, ensuring achievement of business objectives. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams guiding Metering \& Billing processes in the Water sector. * Monitor client and project progress and prepare management reporting. * Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, proposing effective solutions. * Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders. Required Qualifications and Skills:* In-depth knowledge (at least 8 years) of Billing \& Metering topics. * Strong knowledge of the Utility market, particularly the Water sector and Billing \& Metering processes. * Minimum 5 years’ experience managing complex projects in the Billing \& Metering field. * Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile). * Excellent leadership skills. * Strong communication skills. * Solid problem-solving and client relationship management skills. * Good command of English. * Knowledge of the Neta Suite, particularly Neta2a, is a preferred requirement.
