As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What the day will look like***As a Transition Manager, you will manage end\-to\-end transition projects and migration programs, ensuring services move smoothly into Aon’s Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and outsourced Service Delivery Centers.** *Lead strategic projects to transition work to onshore, nearshore, and offshore GCCs and vendor partners* * *Develop and manage detailed project and migration plans, including timelines, deliverables, and ownership* * *Coordinate and provide leadership for all assigned outsourced migration programs, working closely with vendor partners and GCC leaders* * *Engage and manage executive stakeholders, providing clear updates on project status, risks, and issues, and ensuring transparency in execution* * *Run structured governance routines (meetings, status reports, decision logs, risk/issue registers) to keep transitions on track* * *Collaborate early and often with GCC leaders, Service Delivery Leaders, and functional/business stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition into BAU operations* * *Identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues to keep transitions on time and within scope* * *Ensure that transitioned activities operate in alignment with Aon policies and comply with statutory and regulatory requirements* **How this opportunity is different***This role is at the heart of Aon’s global delivery strategy. You will not only manage projects—you will directly shape how services are delivered across our Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and outsourced centers.**This is a great role for someone who enjoys complexity, global exposure, and the satisfaction of seeing major transitions successfully land* **Skills and experience that will lead to success** *We are looking for a project manager with solid experience managing projects, ideally in a global or multi\-location environment. As this is a Transition team, experience in transitions or migrations (e.g., shared services, GCCs, outsourcing, offshoring/nearshoring) is highly desirable** *Experience managing end\-to\-end projects, including planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications* * *English at C1 level is required, and French language skills are considered an asset for this international project manager role* * *Proven ability to develop strong client and stakeholder relationships while providing high\-quality service* * *Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and challenge senior stakeholders where needed* * *Comfort working in an ambiguous, fluid, and dynamic business environment, with the ability to bring structure and clarity* * *Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects at the same time and prioritize effectively* * *Experience driving and leading change, decision\-making, and execution of programs in a highly matrixed organization* * *Ability to work and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization—from senior leadership to front\-line teams.* **How we support our colleagues**In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
