We are seeking a creative, responsible individual with excellent command of audiovisual tools who enjoys transforming ideas into high-impact productions; candidates may be currently studying. **Location:** Bogotá D.C. **Start Date:** November 17, 2025 **Contract Type:** Fixed-term employment contract **Salary:** $1,700,000 + performance bonus of $300,000 **Main Responsibilities** * Technical operation of cameras, recording equipment, and set assembly. * Creation of visual scenarios, direction of webinars, and support during on-site recordings. * Color correction, visual composition, and application of colorimetry standards. * Editing and assembling audiovisual content according to project specifications. * Delivering final high-quality materials that meet defined creative and technical objectives. **Requirements** * Proven experience in audiovisual production and editing. * Knowledge of colorimetry, lighting, and scene composition. * Proficiency with editing software (Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or others). * Teamwork skills and results orientation. * Availability to complete a **technical and knowledge assessment test**.
