Job Mission: Design learning pathways and content scripts for virtual training, coordinating work with subject-matter experts and production and implementation teams, ensuring academic rigor, methodological coherence, pedagogical relevance, and compliance with institutional guidelines. Responsibilities: * Guide subject-matter experts in the pedagogical structuring, development, and curation of content for virtual training. * Collaborate with subject-matter experts to design learning assessment strategies and instruments. * Verify pedagogical alignment among learning pathways, activities, and training objectives. * Develop detailed technical scripts for the production of digital educational resources. * Validate that instructional designs comply with quality standards and institutional guidelines.
