Space to propose ideas and improve work processes Videographer and Video Editor (Bogotá – hybrid/in-person mode depending on shoots) We are looking for individuals to join our audiovisual team to produce impactful content. WHAT YOU’LL DO (YOUR DAY-TO-DAY) * Support on-location shoots in Bogotá (sessions with clients/team) and ensure solid footage: framing, pacing, audio, continuity, and usable b-roll. * Edit videos in Adobe Premiere Pro * Create animations and motion graphics in After Effects * Adapt the same content across multiple formats: Reels/Shorts/TikTok, ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. * Manage versions, feedback, and deliverables in an organized manner WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro * Solid knowledge of After Effects for basic-to-intermediate motion graphics * Strong eye for composition, pacing, narrative, audio, and details * Ability to work with clear deadlines and deliver consistently * Availability to attend in-person sessions in Bogotá when shoots occur OPTIONAL BUT HIGHLY VALUED * Experience integrating generative AI tools into your workflow * Experience with reusable templates, editing systems, and standardization to scale production * Advanced color correction and audio processing (you don’t need to be a colorist, but if you are, you’ll shine) WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK HERE * You’ll edit content that gets published and measured: your work has real impact. * A demanding team environment (in the best sense): direct feedback, high standards, zero drama. * Space to propose ideas: if you bring ideas, we’ll listen—and test them. * Workflow with clear processes (brief → shoot → edit → review → publish). * If you’re looking for a place where your editing isn’t “just cutting clips,” but rather crafting intentional, results-driven pieces, this could be your next team.
