Please note that Cargill does not provide relocation assistance to the work location.** **Shift/Work Hours: Day Shift** **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with the team to develop Standard Work Procedures (SWP) * Conduct daily field inspections. * Comply with the Basic Safety Regulation. * Conduct guided walkthroughs and audits. * Identify proper conditions and behaviors regarding Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage and Contractor Safety. * Monitor implementation of the following Safety Programs: * Behavior-Based Safety Plant Inspection * SIF Analysis * Education and Training * Participate in road safety trainings. * Comply with the organization’s commitment to adhere to road safety legislation and guidelines. * Timely and truthful reporting of personal health conditions. * Know and comply with corporate regulations. * Other related duties supporting your learning. **Minimum Qualifications:** * At least 18 years of age. * Completed high school education. * Currently enrolled in a technical program in Occupational Safety, Industrial Production or Food Processing, Industrial Engineering, or Environmental Protection (as applicable). * Currently undergoing productive training phase. * Enrolled in the semester specified on the SENA website for internship placement. * Ability to work in varied environments involving noise, dust, chemicals, etc., while using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience using computers.
