Content and communication material production * Support the writing and publishing of the monthly communications newsletter. * Adapt materials to different formats such as PowerPoint, e\-cards, and templates. * Review spelling, specifications, and functionality of communication pieces. 2\. Communication campaign management * Monitor the execution of campaigns and communication pieces. * Coordinate timelines and requirements with various involved departments. * Support updates and adjustments to digital campaign pieces and materials. 3\. Social media and digital channels * Manage inputs for social media, such as videos, photos, and information. * Support basic website and digital channel adjustments. 4\. Material production and printing * Manage requests and follow-up with suppliers and agencies. Coordinate the production and delivery of printed and digital materials.
