This position is for SUPPLA S.A. **Role Description** ----------------------- Ensure monitoring and control of operational processes through report generation, performance indicator monitoring, and information management, contributing to the achievement of service levels and operational objectives.**Requirements:** --------------- ### **Academic Qualifications** * Technician or student in administrative, logistics, industrial engineering, or related fields. ### **Experience** * Minimum 2 years of experience in: + Logistics operations. + Customer service. + Inventory management and control. + Operational tracking and information handling. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Generate operational management reports and summaries. * Monitor and track performance indicators for each department. * Timely manage emails and internal/external requests. * Track operational processes to ensure compliance with established procedures. * Consolidate and analyze information to support decision-making. * Support tracking and control of operational incidents. * Maintain up-to-date operational databases and reports. * Propose improvement actions derived from information and indicator analysis.
