Customer-oriented approach, leadership, organization, entrepreneurship, and innovation. **PROJECT COORDINATOR** =========================== Lead the planning, execution, and control of railway projects; key responsibilities include integrating multidisciplinary teams for civil works, track, and railway systems, ensuring compliance with schedules, costs, quality, and applicable operational safety regulations. **Requirements and Competencies** * Civil engineer, transportation or railway engineer, or related engineering discipline, with specialization in railway engineering or a master’s or doctoral degree in civil engineering or related fields within the railway sector * Valid professional license issued by the competent authority * Minimum eight (8) years of professional experience, counted from the date of issuance of the professional license * Minimum six (6) years of certified experience in one of the following areas: project direction, project management, project coordination, or construction supervision for railway projects related to freight and passenger public transport operations * Customer focus and networking * Leadership * Organization * Entrepreneurship and innovation * Knowledge
