In this role, the supervisor will provide guidance and direction to sales force professionals across assigned accounts and/or territory, including their various channels (modern and traditional) and categories. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Direct the sell-out strategy to meet management metrics. * Ensure excellent in-store execution. * Ensure that in-store representatives place sell-in orders per point of sale (PdV). * Ensure implementation of commercial agreements. * Ensure appropriate inventory handling and control, including monitoring of expiration dates. * Ensure execution of the commercial calendar with customers. * Manage and ensure in-store activations and events. * Fully manage assigned personnel. * Other assigned duties. **Requirements** -------------- **Minimum:** * Minimum two years of experience in trade marketing or sales. * One year of experience in personnel management. * Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). * Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. **Preferred:** * Intermediate English proficiency.
