Summary: We are seeking a Scrum Master to guide software development teams in applying Agile frameworks, fostering collaboration, and ensuring continuous value delivery. Highlights: 1. Support planning, estimation, and backlog management for initiatives We are looking for a **Scrum Master** to help one or more software development teams apply Agile frameworks, strengthen collaboration, and deliver continuous value. You will partner closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to remove impediments, run key ceremonies, and drive improvement. **Responsibilities** * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective * Promote adoption of Scrum and Kanban practices within the team * Remove impediments and track follow\-up actions that impact team productivity * Support the Product Owner in backlog management and refinement * Ensure work items stay updated and traceable in Jira * Support planning and estimation for initiatives and deliverables * Track sprint commitments and objectives to help the team meet goals * Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and action plans * Coordinate collaboration between business and technology to maintain efficient flow * Identify delivery risks and dependencies that could affect outcomes * Monitor basic team performance indicators and share insights * Contribute to building high\-performing, self\-organizing teams **Requirements** * 3\+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in similar roles * Hands\-on experience working with software development teams * Proven experience implementing Agile practices in Scrum and/or Kanban environments * Strong leadership and facilitation skills to guide teams toward self\-management * Solid project skills to support planning, estimation, and delivery commitments * Scrum framework knowledge, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, and Retrospective * Kanban practice knowledge to improve flow and visualize work * Backlog management knowledge to support refinement with the Product Owner * Jira proficiency to maintain updates, workflow traceability, and visibility * Confluence knowledge to support team documentation and alignment * Basic Agile metrics knowledge to monitor team performance indicators * General SDLC knowledge across the software development lifecycle * Strong communication skills with business and technology stakeholders * Consultancy skills to support stakeholders and promote service orientation * Intermediate English proficiency (B1\) **Nice to have** * Miro experience for workshops and collaborative discovery * Experience using collaborative tools to facilitate distributed teamwork **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn *EPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
