Dynamic and international work environment ARRISE is searching for the following Security Agent **Role Description:** We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Security Agent to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of personnel, visitors, and company assets through supervision, patrolling, access control, and efficient operation of technological security systems. This role requires strong observational skills, quick decision-making ability, and experience in both physical surveillance and operation of security technologies. **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring, patrolling, and access control: o Conduct periodic patrols in designated areas, verify and identify access points, and enforce internal security procedures. o Monitor and report any incidents or irregular situations, utilizing CCTV systems and other technological security devices. o Monitor and report any incidents using CCTV and other technological systems.* Incident investigation and emergency response: o Promptly respond to incidents related to security violations, thefts, fire hazards, or medical emergencies, following company protocols and legal requirements. o Prepare clear reports on investigations and findings, coordinating with the Security Supervisor on necessary corrective actions.* Supervision of security equipment: o Periodically verify proper functioning of surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and access control devices; report malfunctions or maintenance needs to the relevant department. o Ensure order, maintenance, and proper use of assigned equipment (e.g., communication radios, uniform issuance, etc.). o Verify and operate CCTV systems, lockers, and access control systems.* Reporting and compliance: o Draft daily or weekly reports (as applicable) on incidents, unusual activities, and preventive actions, ensuring information traceability. o Strictly comply with national laws and guidelines established by the Superintendence of Private Security and Surveillance (SVSP), in accordance with Decree-Law 356 of 1994 and other applicable regulations.* Collaboration, training, and development: o Work collaboratively with the security team and the Security Supervisor to implement security plans, programs, and policies. o Participate in ongoing training sessions on security procedures, emergency handling, customer service, and regulatory updates.* Confidentiality and data protection: Handle all types of sensitive or confidential company information discreetly and confidentially, complying with national legislation (Law 1581 of 2012\) and internal personal data processing policies. **Candidate Requirements:** * Minimum Education and Training o Minimum academic high school diploma. o Technical or technological qualification is an advantage. o Private Security and Surveillance course accredited by a recognized academy and approved by SVSP, with its respective valid credential or certification issued no more than five (5\) months ago, as required by Decree-Law 356 of 1994 and Decree 1070 of 2015\.* Licenses and Certifications: o Security Guard Credential issued by SVSP, legally authorizing the candidate to perform guard duties in Colombia and as a Technological Media Operator (OMT). o Competency certificates for using technological media (CCTV, communication radios, etc.), where applicable. * **Experience:** o Minimum 2 years of experience in private security and surveillance (preferably in corporate environments and with experience interacting with internal and external customers). o Proven track record of adherence to and knowledge of access control procedures, CCTV operation, and incident handling.* Flexibility: Flexibility and availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (day and/or night), including weekends and holidays, ensuring 24/7 coverage according to operational needs. * Background Verification: Willingness to provide authorization for judicial and security background checks (no criminal or disciplinary records), in line with SVSP regulatory requirements. * **Technical Skills:** o Proficiency and familiarity with operation and monitoring of security systems (e.g., CCTV, alarms, access control). o Solid understanding of risk identification protocols and incident response procedures. o Ability to manage and maintain security records and documentation.* Soft Skills: o Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify security risks. o Strong written and verbal communication skills. o Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively during emergencies. o Teamwork and collaboration skills to work efficiently within the security team. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary. * Dynamic and international work environment. .
