DESCRIPTION We are seeking a **STRUCTURAL MODELER**, responsible for developing high-quality structural BIM models for water-sector projects, ensuring compliance with BIM standards, multidisciplinary coordination, and accurate representation of concrete and steel structures involved in wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, tanks, industrial buildings, and hydraulic infrastructure. **Requirements:** Academic background: Technician or Professional in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Drafting and Engineering, or related fields Proven experience in **water projects** Experience as a structural modeler **Responsibilities:** * Develop structural BIM models for hydraulic infrastructure projects * Model reinforced concrete, structural steel, and foundations * Generate construction drawings from the BIM model * Develop structural details in accordance with engineering criteria * Coordinate models with civil, architectural, process, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines * Detect and resolve interferences using BIM processes * Prepare models for coordination reviews and project progress tracking * Perform material quantity take-offs from the model * Keep models updated according to engineering changes
