ACCOUNTING ANALYST

Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst with experience in transaction recording, document validation, balance reconciliation, and tax preparation, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and deliver customer service. Key Requirements: 1. Experience in recording accounting transactions (mandatory) 2. Proficiency in balance reconciliation and accounting reports (mandatory) 3. Knowledge of monthly and annual closing processes An accounting, tax, and financial services firm requires an Accounting Analyst for its team who possesses experience and expertise in the following responsibilities: 1. Record all accounting transactions: sales invoices, purchase invoices, petty cash, credit cards, bank accounts, expense legalizations, among others. (mandatory) 2. Validate that supporting documentation accompanying each accounting entry complies with legal, formal, and content requirements. 3. Balance reconciliation, processed information, and other accounting reports. (mandatory) 4. Preparation of national and district taxes, as well as exogenous information. 5. Knowledge of monthly and annual closing processes. Accounting professional, minimum 1 year of experience in the full accounting cycle. Teamwork capability, excellent personal presentation, customer service orientation, and assertive communication skills.
