




1 Execute the procedures associated with the logistics and supply chain area within the established general principles and policies of the organization to meet the requirements of commercial and operational areas in the short term. 2 Carry out the necessary logistical administration activities for the timely and efficient supply of materials for operations. 3 Identify trends in recorded information to assist in integrating forecasts for sales, purchases, production control, traffic, and storage, optimizing costs. 4 Establish coordination with other departments for the proper process of procuring goods, vehicles, and services, fixed asset registration, and the annual maintenance program, ensuring legal compliance and contributing to budget adherence. 5 Control, record, and analyze the flow of accounts receivable and accounts payable to suppliers according to the administrative needs of other departments. 6 Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, agreements, and the supply of physical resources.
