What will you do in this position? \- Manage payroll and payroll records according to company guidelines. \- Organize and archive documentation. \- Track salesperson turnover and maintain updated records. \- Receive and verify delivery documents from drivers. \- Update the invoice ledger and reviews. \- Support general administrative tasks. What we offer: \- Contract: Fixed-term for 1 year, renewable, directly with the company. \- Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) plus statutory benefits. \- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. / Saturdays, 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. \- Work modality: On-site in Fontibón. Requirements: \- Education: Technical or technological degree in administrative fields. \- Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles. \- Intermediate Excel skills, office software, and platforms such as Siigo Cloud or Siigo PYME. \- Knowledge of social security affiliation and de-affiliation processes. \- Must reside in Fontibón or surrounding areas.
