Implementation of administrative controls. * Internal audits and legal compliance. Internal control and risk management. **FUNCTIONS** * Design and supervise the execution of administrative plans and procedures. * Coordinate the preparation and control of the administrative budget. * Validate expenses, payments, and purchases in accordance with company policies. * Supervise administrative processes within the Human Resources department. * Support the implementation of internal policies and current regulations. * Ensure efficient operation of facilities, maintenance, security, transportation, courier services, etc. * Ensure compliance with legal and tax regulations in administrative processes. * Oversee proper management of the company’s fixed assets. * Implement inventory and maintenance controls. * Lead organizational transformation through administrative and operational process reengineering, focusing on efficiency, standardization, and resource optimization. Manage the departments of Human Talent, Procurement, Logistics, Document Management, IT Support, Processes, and HSEQ, ensuring comprehensive support to projects and cross-functional areas. * Lead a cross-functional organizational reengineering project aimed at eliminating rework and improving operational efficiency. * Implement cost optimization strategies and supplier management, ensuring timely availability of resources. * Supervise Human Talent department processes, strengthening a performance-oriented organizational culture. * Design and supervise administrative and documentary processes in accordance with Integrated Management System (IMS) standards and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. * Participate in audits for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, and RUC certifications, reinforcing the corporate management system. * Lead the implementation of the Odoo ERP system to integrate administrative processes and improve operational traceability. Manage and lead the organization’s national logistics operations and warehouses, ensuring supervision and control of inventories, including receipts, shipments, and stock levels. * Provide logistical and administrative support to other departments (operations, commercial, finance, etc.)
