Opportunity for continuous improvement and direct customer engagement. **JOB INFORMATION** ------------------------- **Position:** After-Sales Analyst **Department:** Sales **Immediate Supervisor:** Senior Production Director **General Summary:** Provide specialized technical support to Garsite LATAM customers regarding installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of aircraft fueling equipment. Additionally, ensure effective after-sales service management through coordination of spare parts, shipping logistics, and commissioning activities, thereby guaranteeing high operational availability and customer satisfaction. ### **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Control Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in technical service, maintenance, or after-sales support for industrial equipment. **Knowledge:** * Familiarity with mechanical and hydraulic systems is desirable. * Familiarity with industrial instrumentation and control is desirable. * Familiarity with reading mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic drawings is desirable. * Familiarity with fault diagnosis in control systems is desirable. * Familiarity with valves, pumps, and flow measurement systems is desirable. * Familiarity with spare parts and technical components is desirable. * Familiarity with PLCs or automation systems is desirable. * Familiarity with aviation or fuel industry standards is desirable. * Conversational English. * Familiarity with management systems (ERP, Excel, etc.) is desirable. ### **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** Technical Support and Diagnostics * Respond to customer technical support requests related to equipment supplied by the company. * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-related faults in fueling systems. * Coordinate and execute corrective and preventive maintenance activities. * Prepare detailed technical reports on faults, root cause analysis, and implemented solutions. After-Sales Service Management * Manage after-sales service cases to ensure efficient response times. * Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality departments to resolve complex technical issues. * Maintain technical records of interventions, maintenance activities, and services performed on equipment. Commissioning and Field Support * Execute or supervise commissioning activities for equipment at customer sites. * Verify proper operation of mechanical, electrical, and control systems during start-up. * Conduct operational tests and necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with technical specifications and regulatory requirements. * Train customer operators and maintenance personnel on equipment operation and care. Spare Parts, Procurement, and Logistics Management * Identify spare parts requirements during service or maintenance activities. * Manage procurement requests for spare parts and components required for after-sales service activities. * Coordinate with procurement and logistics departments for acquisition and delivery of spare parts to customers or service sites. * Track purchase order status and shipments to ensure continuity of service operations. * Maintain control and traceability of spare parts used in technical interventions. Customer Relationship Management * Maintain direct communication with customers to address technical and operational requirements. * Provide technical advice on equipment operation, maintenance, and optimization. * Ensure service experience aligns with Garsite LATAM quality standards. Continuous Improvement * Identify opportunities for improvement in equipment design or performance based on customer feedback. * Document lessons learned and contribute to the enhancement of technical manuals, service procedures, and technical documentation.
