Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Engineer or DataOps Engineer to monitor critical data flows, handle incidents, perform diagnostics, and manage incident traceability, actively contributing to operational improvement. At Stefanini, we are more than 30\.000 brilliant minds connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co\-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Actively monitor critical data flows and DAGs during the shift window: 3:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. * Handle P1–P5 incidents according to runbooks and guidelines provided by the NEQUI Tech Lead * Perform initial diagnostics: review Airflow logs, Grafana metrics, and Redshift status * Manage incident traceability in Jira SM with complete documentation * Execute and validate dbt pipelines and AWS Glue workflows where applicable * Participate collaboratively in building operational runbooks * Maintain clear communication with the DRE and NEQUI Tech Lead during operations * Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective) **Requirements and Qualifications** * 2\+ years of experience in data engineering, DataOps, or data platform support * Experience with Apache Airflow: log reading, DAG debugging, task reactivation * Knowledge of dbt: model execution, error interpretation, quality testing * Advanced SQL proficiency for diagnostics on Amazon Redshift * Familiarity with AWS Glue and Lambda for ETL/ELT pipeline diagnostics * Ability to read and interpret Grafana dashboards * Experience with Jira or equivalent ITSM tool * Availability to work rotating shifts, including overnight and weekend hours Schedule and Availability: * Active shift: 3:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on assigned weekdays (weekly rotation among the three ASDs) * Stand-by on\-call outside active shift hours per rotation schedule * Daytime schedule (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) during weeks dedicated to support activities and improvements **Additional Information** Looking for a place where your ideas shine?
