Our **Transformation** team is seeking an **Architecture Analyst** to join Inchcape Americas. The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support in the management, control, and documentation of physical infrastructure projects related to automotive retail network expansion, showroom construction, renovations, and M&A. This role integrates operational, analytical, and cross-functional coordination functions, ensuring effective execution of initiatives aligned with strategic transformation objectives, market coverage, and brand positioning. **What You’ll Do** * Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of physical infrastructure development projects (construction and renovations), ensuring adherence to timelines, resources, financial control, and brand-specific standards. * Develop schedules in **Microsoft Project**, progress matrices, and control documents, contributing to the definition of key activities, dependencies, and deliverables for assigned projects. * Conduct periodic site visits to dealer facilities nationwide to verify compliance with operational and brand image standards defined by the company. * Provide operational and documentary support for M&A, transformation, commercial and logistics network expansion, or reconfiguration initiatives—including information gathering, follow-up visits, account closure, asset disposal, inventories, service cancellation confirmation, and recordkeeping, among others. * Manage and maintain up-to-date digital project tracking tools (Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD DWG), ensuring traceability, transparency, and visibility of floor plans and established schedules. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Solid intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills; basic knowledge of Microsoft Project; advanced AutoCAD proficiency; basic Photoshop knowledge (non-mandatory). * Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to interact effectively with others. * Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present technical and operational information—including schedules, budgets—as well as monitor and ensure compliance with construction projects and brand standards. * Familiarity with project management and experience in on-site construction supervision. * Experience in sectors related to physical infrastructure, retail, distribution, or organizational transformation, on-site construction supervision, and project management. **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and we invite you to do it with us.
