We are looking for a dynamic **Commercial Advisor**, results-driven with excellent negotiation skills, to join our team. Main Responsibilities * Advise customers throughout the used vehicle purchase process. * Identify customer needs and offer suitable alternatives within their budget. * Conduct commercial follow-up with prospects and potential customers. * Manage sales closures and achievement of sales targets. * Maintain up-to-date customer and business information in tracking tools. * Support strategies for acquiring new customers. * Ensure an excellent service experience throughout the entire sales process. Requirements * High school diploma, technical or technological degree in commercial, administrative, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, finance, or commercial roles. * Excellent service attitude and customer orientation. * Strong negotiation, communication, and sales closing skills. * Basic proficiency in office software and social media. Working Conditions * Base salary: **Current Legal Minimum Monthly Wage (SMLV)**. * Sales commissions according to the company's commission schedule. * Statutory social benefits. * Direct employment contract with the company.
