Requires excellent interpersonal skills and proactivity A prominent construction-sector company requires an Administrative Assistant for its team, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in this role and within the construction sector, holding a Technical or Technologist degree, and proficient in the Helisa accounting software, to support the operational efficiency of the accounting and administrative department. **Responsibilities:** * Processing petty cash and credit card disbursements. * Receiving electronic invoices via email. * Monitoring DIAN electronic invoicing—accepting or rejecting them through the platform. * Paying public utility bills and/or fixed internet, telephone lines, administration fees, suppliers, and insurance policies. * Assisting in the settlement of civil works contracts. * Performing document filing. * Conducting daily review and routing of emails. * Answering calls and handling requests from internal and external customers of the organization. * Responding promptly to urgent and evolving requests while maintaining work quality. * We are a rapidly growing company seeking individuals who thrive in a challenging, high-pressure environment.
