




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience in the construction sector to support accounting and administrative operations, handling financial tasks and communications. Interaction with internal and external clients, resolution of requests A leading company in the construction sector requires an Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 1 year of experience in this role and within the construction sector, holding a Technical or Technologist degree, and extensive proficiency in the Helisa accounting software, to support the operational activities of the accounting and administrative department. **Responsibilities:** * Recording petty cash and credit card transactions. * Receiving electronic invoices via email. * Monitoring DIAN electronic invoicing—accepting or rejecting them through the platform. * Payment of public utility bills and/or fixed internet, telephone lines, administration, suppliers, and insurance policies. * Supporting the settlement of civil works contracts. * Performing filing tasks. * Conducting daily review and routing of emails. * Answering calls and addressing requests from internal and external clients of the organization. * Responding promptly to urgent and changing requests while maintaining work quality. Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamic, proactive, punctual, with a minimum of one year of experience in this position.
