




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative and Accounting Assistant to support daily office management, finance, and administrative operations, including document handling and event coordination. Development of skills in organization and project management. **Job Requirements:** * Knowledge of basic accounting and invoicing * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Additional courses valued: * Management software (SIIGO). * Knowledge of payroll and related matters * Strong skills considered in: * Responsibility and reliability * Discretion and handling of confidential information * Proactivity and initiative * Teamwork * Adaptability to change * Ability to work under pressure * Time and priority management * Task planning * Multitasking ability * Monitoring of activities and processes **Functions and Responsibilities** * Draft documents, letters, memoranda, and emails. * Organize and maintain up-to-date physical and digital documents. * Receive and distribute correspondence and packages. * Answer telephone calls and route them appropriately. * Provide general information or refer inquiries to the relevant departments. * Organize and manage corporate events. * Procure general company supplies (office materials, stationery, cleaning supplies, etc.). * Supervise office order and functionality (supplies, maintenance). * Collaborate with the accounting department — control and recording of invoices, payments, accounting supporting documents, among others. * Maintain updated office inventory and fixed asset databases. * Manage petty cash and ensure its proper operation. * Support the Administrative and Finance Department in attendance tracking, filing of medical leaves, occupational illnesses, managing EPS, Compensation Funds, ARL portals, affiliations, among others. * Coordinate internal activities: trainings, meetings, celebrations, etc. * Handle general documentation, as well as support the Quality Department in document preparation and updates. * Assist senior management in researching new projects or markets. **Education:** * Completed secondary education (High School Diploma). * Technical or technological training in areas such as: Administrative Assistance, Business Management, Basic Accounting, or related fields. **Type of Contract:** Fixed-term contract for 1 year **Salary:** $2.000.000 to $2.200.000 depending on experience **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 8am–12pm and 1pm–6pm * Friday: 8am–12pm and 1pm–5pm Employment Type: Full-time, Contract-based Contract Duration: 12 months
