A prominent company in the services sector requires an administrative technician with one year of experience to join its team and support Human Talent, Finance, and Procurement departments. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Execute the filing, verification, and control process of documents and supporting materials in employee resumes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and those of the contracting client. * Maintain and update physical and digital archives and required databases within the department to manage and guarantee control and updating of personnel-related information. * Support other operational tasks requested by the Human Talent supervisor as needed for optimal execution of procedures carried out within the department. * Filing of accounting information * Scanning of monthly accounting transactions * Management of inactive files * Verify that each supplier maintains current documentation. * Validate suppliers against restrictive lists * Keep the supplier registry updated * Ensure promotion, protection, and practice of fundamental rights of children, adolescents, and youth within the institution during daily institutional service delivery. * Perform other tasks and activities assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the service and other inherent responsibilities of the position.
