A reputable company is seeking a call center service assistant to join its team. Candidates must hold a technical degree in administrative or related fields and have at least one year of experience performing duties such as: attending to customer requests received via telephone, in person, and virtually (WhatsApp), always delivering excellent customer service; receiving customers’ magistral formulas to manage their requests regarding information, product purchase, and shipment; providing prompt and timely responses to all customer requests, order reception, shipment tracking, updates on departmental developments, and other administrative support tasks. Employment contract: indefinite term. Work schedule: Monday and Tuesday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Wednesday and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Salary: $1,423,500 + meal allowance + sales target bonus (approximately $100,000).
