Ensures compliance with accounting and administrative procedures An accounting and administrative assistant is responsible for supporting the company’s financial and operational management, performing tasks such as recording and controlling invoices, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, preparing accounting vouchers, archiving and organizing financial documentation, assisting in the preparation of accounting reports and management reports, basic payroll handling and support in payroll settlements, budget tracking, handling supplier and customer administrative matters, correspondence management, and supporting internal processes such as procurement, inventory, and logistics coordination, ensuring compliance with accounting and administrative procedures with order, accuracy, and confidentiality.
