Supplier management and inventory control **Job Objective:** Provide operational and administrative support to the accounting department, ensuring accurate recording of financial information, document control, supplier management, and monitoring of administrative processes, contributing to order, compliance, and operational efficiency. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Use of the accounting system to generate purchase orders and service orders. * Creation and updating of products and third parties in the accounting system. * Administration and control of the accounting inventory ledger (Kardex). * Support in the sales invoicing process. * Ongoing support to the accounting and administrative department. * Organization and physical filing of quarterly report submissions. * Control and management of both physical and digital accounting records. * Search, evaluation, and follow-up of suppliers and quotations. * Management of the process for creating new suppliers or registering AZUL ZF as a supplier. * Handling and control of petty cash, including recording and supporting documentation. * Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel (tables, filters, Job Requirements. * Technical or technological education in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in similar positions (desirable). * Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative processes. * Experience with accounting systems and office tools.
