The candidate will be responsible for supporting accounting, administrative, and human talent management processes, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations, internal procedures, and company-established guidelines. **Requirements:** * Degree in Public Accounting. * Full professional experience in this role, preferably within construction-sector companies, with expertise in payroll processing, social security administration, labor hiring, and accounting processes. Experience with payroll systems (preferably CG Uno) and intermediate-level Excel proficiency are valued. **Position Conditions:** * Work modality: On-site, Monday to Friday. * Contract type: Indefinite-term contract. * Salary range: COP $3.200.000 (base salary), plus a bonus of COP $230.000 and a statutory transportation allowance.
