***Requirements:***
**Academic qualification:** Professional degree in Civil Engineering.
**General experience:** Minimum two (2) years of professional experience in building construction and/or construction monitoring or inspection activities, with knowledge of: Building construction processes; reading and interpreting architectural/engineering drawings; preparing and reviewing technical specifications; visual identification of damages or impacts on structural elements; measurement and quantification of construction quantities; basic structural concepts; preparation of field records and reports.
**Main responsibilities will include:**
* Conducting visual inspections and site visits to buildings designated by the Client.
* Identifying, locating, and descriptively recording visible damages using project-provided formats, photographs, and tools.
* Preparing an inventory of identified impacts for each property.
* Performing necessary measurements to determine required construction quantities for repair activities.
* Supporting the preparation of the estimated repair budget using the Unit Price Analyses (UPA) provided by the Client.
* Recording and consolidating field visit information in established formats or tools.
* Organizing and delivering records, photographs, and other supporting documents for each inspected property.
* **Contract type:** Project-based or labor contract.
* **Work modality:** On-site (Monday to Saturday)
* **Workload:** 100%
* **Work location:** Cali, Valle del Cauca
* **Monthly salary:** $3,500,000 + social benefits.
**Objective:** To carry out visual damage assessment and inventory activities on buildings.
