Position Summary: Responsible for contractual and documentary management, notarial and registry coordination, liaison with external consultants, and legal representation to safeguard the company's interests. Legal representation and defense of corporate interests * **Contractual and Documentary Management:** Draft, review, and adjust a wide range of legal instruments required for operations, including: * **Real Estate and Civil Law:** Purchase agreements, deed minutes, lease agreements, and brokerage agreements. * **Structuring and Guarantees:** Trust agreements (trusts), promissory notes, and guarantees. * **Corporate and Commercial Law:** Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), memoranda of understanding (MoUs), and construction contracts. * **Labor Law:** Preparation and updating of employment contracts and other human talent management documents. * **Notarial and Registry Management:** Coordinate and monitor real estate deed execution before notaries, ensuring compliance with timelines and requirements for successful business closings. * **Liaison with External Consultants:** Serve as the bridge to external attorneys to request, analyze, and apply specialized legal opinions on new business ventures or complex contracts. * **Legal Representation and Defense: Execute all necessary actions to safeguard the company's rights and interests in its real estate activities, responding promptly to legal requirements.** Work Location: On-site employment
