Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement and Cost Analyst with experience in acquisition management, quotations, and supplier management, preferably in public tenders. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in procurement, cost management, quotations, and logistics. 2. Proficiency in office software and preparation of purchase orders. 3. Responsible and proactive, with capabilities in filing and invoicing. Personnel is required for the position of Procurement and Cost Analyst. Knowledge and experience in procurement, cost management, quotations, supplier management, budgeting, logistics, and dispatch—preferably in the public tender sector. * Technical, technological, and/or university students in related fields such as engineering, business administration, law, etc.; must have experience in this role. * Filing and invoicing skills; familiarity with Siigo (desirable). * Preparation of purchase orders. * Punctuality. * Proficiency in office software. * Salary: $2,000,000 - $2,450,000 * Working hours: Monday and Tuesday (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM); Wednesday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:30 PM). * Contract type: Fixed-term, renewable. * Work location: Teusaquillo. * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; prior experience in the public tender sector is preferred. * Responsible and proactive.
