




We are seeking a Procurement and Inventory Assistant whose main objective will be to support procurement, supply, and inventory control processes, ensuring the proper acquisition, receipt, storage, and dispatch of supplies, spare parts, and materials, as well as timely updates of related information—thereby contributing to the company’s operational continuity. Key responsibilities include: * Support procurement activities in accordance with approved internal requests. * Request and compare supplier quotations, following departmental guidelines. * Monitor purchase orders and delivery timelines. * Receive, inspect, and record purchased materials, supplies, or spare parts. * Control inventory inflows and outflows, ensuring proper rotation and traceability. * Assist in conducting physical inventories and reconcile them with system records. * Manage returns, warranties, or claims with suppliers, where applicable. * Carry out external errands related to procurement, deliveries, or administrative procedures. * Maintain up-to-date supplier databases and supporting documentation. * Comply with internal procedures and safety regulations. **Required Education** * Technical or technological degree in Procurement, Logistics, Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Basic proficiency in office tools (Excel, email, inventory management systems). **Experience** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles involving procurement, inventory, or logistics. * Experience managing inventories of spare parts, supplies, or merchandise is desirable. * Experience performing external errands and interacting with suppliers. **Additional Requirements** * Personal motorcycle in good condition. * Valid driver’s license, category **A1 or A2**. * Willingness and ability to travel within and outside the city as required by operational needs. **Work Location**: CARRERA 126 A # 17-50 **Estimated Start Date:** January 5, 2026 Position Type: Full-time
