Job Summary: We are seeking a marketing technician or technologist with experience in outbound telemarketing to prospect customers and contribute to increasing business opportunities. Focus on B2B telemarketing and use of prospecting tools If you are a **marketing technician or technologist** or related field and have **at least 2 years of experience** in telemarketing, preferably in outbound campaigns, **this opportunity is for you.** You will be **responsible for** prospecting and profiling potential customers for the company by executing the defined outbound strategy to contribute to increasing business opportunities. **Requirements:** 1\. Experience in B2B telemarketing 2\. Experience in outbound prospecting and tools (cold calling \+ LinkedIn \+ email) (Apollo, IA, Sales Navigator). 3\. CRM tool proficiency 4\. Research capability and database construction skills 5\. Intermediate Excel (segmentation, filters, basic analysis) 6\. Handling of databases and contact with decision-makers (IT, Operations / Procurement Managers). **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 7:30 \- 5:30, Friday: 7:30 \- 4:30 **City:** Bogota \- Medellin **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract **Work Modality:** Hybrid Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Application Question(s): * What is your current base salary?
