The Top Employers Institute has certified us as one of the best employers globally and regionally. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU: BUSINESS DEVELOPER \- DISENSA** You will be responsible for increasing store productivity \- sales and profitability \- through the correct and timely implementation of the value proposition, brand guidelines, marketing, and category management, always aligned with the Disensa strategy. **Your key challenges will be:** * Ensure the sales strategy for each category is implemented at sales points by jointly designing, with marketing, store layouts according to regional guidelines. * Activate sales points to generate higher traffic and transaction volume by promoting and executing marketing, co-marketing, and branding initiatives. * Enhance sales point productivity to increase sales volumes and profitability by managing execution KPIs, identifying market opportunities, and leveraging franchisee strengths. * Promote sustainable business practices and appropriate resource use by complying with financial and control policies and guidelines. * Execute the “success photo” to bring stores to their ideal state, ensuring the best customer experience by auditing and promoting correct implementation of the value proposition. * Fulfill roles, responsibilities, and accountability requirements of applicable Management Systems. **Workplace: Bogotá, with availability to conduct visits to franchises in Cundinamarca and Boyacá.** **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Business, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in roles such as Account Developer, Key Account Manager, or similar. * Knowledge of commercial KPI management, point-of-sale layouts, brand activations, and sell\-out strategies. * Strategic negotiation skills and financial analysis capabilities oriented toward commercial development. * Willingness to travel nationwide. \#HolcimColombia DON’T MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN OUR TEAM!
