Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure the catalog’s proper functioning, providing technical support, developing continuous improvement plans, and serving as a point of reference for the team—resolving complex stakeholder needs. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in ensuring and continuously improving the catalog. 2. Act as a technical reference and provide guidance to the team. 3. Participate in catalog expansion and optimization projects. **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure catalog functionality by using technological tools to resolve errors and perform requested configurations. 1\. Provide first-level support to ensure correct onboarding configurations and product visibility. 3\. Develop plans for continuous catalog improvement, aligned with catalog strategy definitions. 4\. Deliver comprehensive solutions to complex stakeholder needs (commercial, sellers, compliance) requiring in-depth analysis and systemic adaptation. 5\. Serve as the technical reference for the Catalog Backoffice team, providing guidance in resolving complex issues. 6\. Participate in projects related to catalog expansion, optimization, or restructuring. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Professional or technologist degree in engineering, administration, marketing, social communication, or humanities. * Prior experience (mandatory). * Proficiency in assertive communication and language. * Analytical and proposal-generation capability. * Data extraction, handling, and analysis. * Excel (intermediate), Office, SQL and MySQL (basic), data entry, HTML, CMS, XML **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
