Currently, we are seeking a **Civil Works Operator – Construction** **Profile We Are Seeking:** * Academic high school diploma or certified experience in construction and civil works. * Knowledge of constructing walls from scratch. * Proficiency in handling construction tools and materials. * Responsible, proactive, and committed individual. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Attention to detail and adherence to instructions. * Organized, with orientation toward order and cleanliness in the work area. * Commitment to industrial safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Carry out civil works and construction activities within the company’s facilities. * Erect walls from scratch, including layout, leveling, laying of blocks or bricks, and basic finishing. * Prepare mortar mixes, plastering, patching, and other masonry-related tasks. * Support facility maintenance and internal modifications. * Properly handle construction tools, equipment, and materials. * Ensure order and cleanliness in the work area before, during, and after task execution. * Report incidents, damages, or requirements to the immediate supervisor. * Comply with safety guidelines and use of personal protective equipment. * Provide support in other activities required by the company according to departmental needs. **What We Offer:** * Salary: $1\.980\.000 \+ Statutory benefits. * Fixed-term contract initially. * Job stability in an established and continuously growing company. * Learning and development opportunities. * A collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement.
