Customer conflict and complaint handling **Job Description** A leading company in the agricultural sector requires an Administrative and Commercial Assistant. **Main Responsibilities:** * Purchase management and supplier handling. * Full daily production sales to both existing and new customers. * Customer service * Timely handling and response to conflicts, complaints, and other issues raised by customers, suppliers, or related to the position. * Daily reporting of cash sales. * Continuous evaluation of product quality and supplier compliance with company requirements. * Verification of sequential numbering on delivery notes and control over corresponding invoice generation. * Submission of payment documentation for each delivery note to the accounting department, cross-referencing the associated delivery note number. * Weekly follow-up on payments made by customers. * Dispatching notifications to customers and suppliers regarding updates or changes. * Monthly generation of purchase orders for each supplier. Academic Qualification: Technical or Technologist degree Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturdays, 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Minimum 1 year of certified experience. Work Location: Between the municipalities of Granada and Sibaté – Carrizal rural district.
