Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate to support the execution of civil construction activities on site, assisting in various tasks while ensuring safety and quality. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** and help us continue improving people's lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** Support the construction site team in executing activities corresponding to Section 3, in accordance with supervision instructions and established procedures. Prepare, load, transport, distribute, and organize materials, tools, equipment, and auxiliary elements required for the work. Assist in excavation, leveling, compaction, backfilling, demolition, concrete pouring, installation, and adaptation of construction elements. Support construction, maintenance, and adaptation activities for roads, structures, drainage systems, signage, and other project work fronts. Perform cleaning, organization, signage, and conditioning of work areas, ensuring appropriate conditions for operations. Use assigned hand tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment correctly, verifying their condition before starting each activity. Assist in loading and unloading of materials, as well as proper disposal of waste and surplus construction materials. Comply with occupational health and safety regulations, environmental standards, quality requirements, and internal project procedures. Promptly report hazards, unsafe conditions, tool damage, incidents, or any situation that may affect activity execution. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** Previous experience in construction, civil works, road infrastructure, or similar activities. Basic knowledge of construction materials, tools, equipment, and processes. Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively in teams, and maintain a cooperative attitude. Commitment to safety, quality, environmental care, order, and punctuality. Willingness to work on-site, travel within the project area, and perform physical labor according to site requirements.
