Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate with prior experience in construction projects to support the site team in executing concrete and steel structure-related tasks, in compliance with safety standards. We seek someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** initiative and help us continue improving people's lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** Support the site team in executing works related to concrete structures, steel structures, and other construction systems. Prepare, transport, and organize materials, tools, and equipment required for construction tasks. Collaborate in formwork, reinforcement placement, assembly, concrete pouring, vibration, and curing activities, following instructions from responsible personnel. Perform measurement, layout, cleaning, organization, and preparation of work areas. Assist in the installation and dismantling of auxiliary elements, scaffolding, formwork, and collective protection systems, in accordance with established procedures. Use assigned hand tools and equipment correctly, verifying their condition before each activity. Comply with occupational health and safety regulations, internal procedures, and supervision instructions. Promptly report hazards, unsafe conditions, tool damage, or any other incidents identified on site. **We seek a candidate meeting the following requirements and competencies:** Prior experience in construction projects, preferably in structural, concrete, or assembly work. Basic knowledge of construction materials, tools, and processes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team, follow instructions, and maintain a cooperative attitude. Commitment to safety, quality, order, and punctuality. Availability to work on-site and perform physical labor as required by the project.
