Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil or Sanitary Engineer to manage projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, legal compliance, and timeliness, with leadership and a results-oriented mindset. Ensure legal compliance and timeliness in project management. **Job Mission** ● Guarantee project management that is cost-effective, high-quality, legally compliant, and timely. **Essential Requirements** ● **Profession:** Civil or Sanitary Engineer, graduated and professionally registered. ● **Education:** Postgraduate degree (preferred). ● **Specific Experience:** Minimum 7 years of experience since professional registration in maintenance and/or construction contracts for water supply and/or sewerage networks and/or infrastructure works. ● **General Experience:** Minimum 10 years. ● **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in ERP software for project control, AutoCAD, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Project. ● **Skills:** Leadership, results orientation, and effective communication. **Vacancy Conditions** ● **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term (Employee modality). ● **Work Schedule:** Full-time and on-site. ● **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday (7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and Saturdays (7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.). **Location:** Medellín, with projects across Antioquia, Quindío, Risaralda, and Caldas. **Application** **Send your resume to:** **talentohumano@ozul.com.co** indicating the position and your negotiable salary expectation in the subject line.
