Position Summary: We are seeking a Construction Inspector for maintenance projects, responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective activities and coordinating the team. Inspect and measure surfaces according to specifications We are currently looking for the following profile in Bogotá: Construction Inspector for maintenance projects to perform the following duties: Carry out preventive and/or corrective maintenance activities at scheduled facilities; supply materials required for the work clearly and completely; coordinate with the work team the tasks to be performed in order to optimize resources; complete the documentation established by the company; calculate the quantity of required materials and labor according to project specifications; inspect, measure, and mark surfaces to be covered with construction materials according to technical specifications; perform related duties.
