Excellent work environment Constructora Ilah Ingeniería S.A.S. is currently looking for a Construction Project Supervisor responsible for ensuring the correct technical, operational, and administrative execution of construction projects, guaranteeing compliance with schedules, quality standards, and resource control. Main Responsibilities: Conduct periodic site visits to verify progress and adherence to scheduled activities. Review and approve material and equipment requisitions, ensuring efficient use of resources. Execute inventory control and tracking of materials and equipment on-site. Prepare and validate progress payment certificates for subcontractors, ensuring consistency with actual progress. Perform reconciliation of progress payment certificates with clients, ensuring clarity and transparency of information. Supervise and coordinate the project team on each site, including: Site Managers SST Inspectors Warehouse Staff Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards across projects. Required Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years in construction project supervision or coordination. Knowledge: Construction site control and budget management Management of progress payment certificates Inventory management SST regulations in construction Skills: Leadership and team management Organization and follow-up Assertive communication Decision-making Position Conditions: Willingness to travel between project sites. Fieldwork (on-site) and administrative follow-up.
