Reporting of progress and technical updates **Job Objective** Supervise and control the execution of construction activities during the night shift, ensuring compliance with the schedule, appropriate management of personnel and materials, and accurate recording of construction-related information. Academic Qualifications * Technician or professional degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related fields. Experience * Minimum 1 year of experience as a construction resident, engineering assistant, or in similar roles. * Experience in monitoring and tracking construction activities. Work Schedule * **Night shift: 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.** Salary * **Current Legal Minimum Monthly Wage (SMLMV)**, plus statutory benefits and applicable night-shift surcharges. Main Responsibilities * Supervise activities carried out during the night shift. * Control personnel entry and exit at the construction site. * Track material inflow, consumption, and availability. * Monitor the activity schedule and report progress. * Prepare construction logs and daily reports. * Conduct construction progress measurements and verify completion status of executed activities. * Verify compliance with technical specifications, work quality, and site order and safety conditions. * Report technical, operational, and personnel issues to the project manager.
