We invite you to join our team! **What do we offer?** * Project-based employment contract. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Carry out preliminary activities** to ensure timely project commencement, such as preparing neighborhood agreements and verifying measurements. * **Supervise and evaluate** on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with quality and technical standards. * **Coordinate on-site personnel** to ensure efficient and effective execution. * **Continuously monitor** construction activities to ensure adherence to the established schedule. * **Propose improvement actions** and resolve non-conformities raised by customers. * **Manage and control** site inventory, including equipment, tools, and materials. * **Request necessary equipment, tools, and materials** to ensure proper site operation. * **Conduct work progress measurements** for corresponding invoicing, both for the overall project and for contractors. * **Prepare required reports** for submission to the third-party oversight entity or its designated representative. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction projects. Experience in façade maintenance, roof waterproofing, plazas, etc., is desirable. * Knowledge of **construction management**, **quality control**, and **personnel supervision**. * Ability to **solve problems**, be **proactive**, and maintain a results-oriented approach.
